This is a one-of-a-kind internship experience designed specifically for (applied) university students eager to take on the dynamic world of airline networks, distribution, and intermodal partnerships who are passionate for both aviation and cyber security.

About the Internship Opportunity

As an intern at SkyTeam, you'll be more than just an observer. We are looking for an enthusiastic intern who will work closely with the Digital & Technology team to support efforts in AI research, data analysis, and technology adoption within the aviation industry at SkyTeam. Your curiosity will be your guide as you embark on an intellectual scavenger hunt, gathering and analyzing data, conducting impact assessments, and bringing innovative ideas to the table.

Your Assignments and projects

AI Research & Strategy: Identify and analyze AI applications, tools, and best practices to support SkyTeam’s AI strategy.
Data Preparation & Analysis: Assist in collecting, cleaning, and structuring datasets for AI projects.
AI Development Support: Help set up development environments, evaluate AI tools, and explore cloud-based AI solutions.
Documentation & Reporting: Organize research findings, create reports, and present AI recommendations.
Training & Collaboration: Coordinate AI training sessions, workshops, and cross-team initiatives to promote AI adoption.
Business & Technical Liaison: Work closely with both business and technical teams to explore AI-driven improvement.

Your profile

What we’re looking for

Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or a related field.
Basic programming skills in Python, R, or SQL.
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or cloud AI services.
Experience with data analysis and visualization using tools like Excel, Pandas, or Power BI.
Strong communication and organizational skills to manage documentation and meetings.
Passion for AI, innovation, and technology with a proactive and adaptable mindset.

Preferred (Not Required)

Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
Experience with Jupyter Notebooks, GitHub, or other development tools.
Understanding of AI ethics, governance, and compliance considerations.
